1. Experimental Software

ProofSight is in active pre-alpha development. The Protocol may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could result in loss of funds. Core functionality is subject to change without notice.

2. No Warranties

ProofSight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Financial Risk

Using ProofSight involves substantial financial risk:

  • You may lose all deposited funds
  • Smart contract bugs could make funds unrecoverable
  • Network failures could prevent access to positions
  • Market outcomes may be unpredictable or manipulated
  • Cryptographic implementations may have undiscovered vulnerabilities

Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose completely.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the ProofSight website, documentation, or in the Protocol itself constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of using ProofSight.

5. Regulatory Uncertainty

The legal and regulatory status of prediction markets and privacy-preserving protocols is uncertain and varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Privacy Limitations

While ProofSight implements zero-knowledge privacy mechanisms:

  • No system can guarantee absolute anonymity
  • On-chain analysis may reveal patterns or metadata
  • Operational security failures could compromise privacy
  • Future cryptographic breakthroughs could weaken privacy guarantees

7. Third-Party Risk

ProofSight depends on third-party infrastructure including Solana, RPC providers, and IPFS. Failures or compromises of these systems could affect ProofSight's functionality or security.

8. No Guaranteed Access

Access tiers (Base, Shadow, Singularity) define permissions and tooling, not guaranteed returns or outcomes. ProofSight makes no promises about market performance or profitability.

9. Audit Status

ProofSight has not yet undergone comprehensive security audits. While we implement best practices and extensive testing, undiscovered vulnerabilities may exist. Audits will be conducted before mainnet launch.
