By accessing or using ProofSight ("the Protocol"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Protocol.

2. Protocol Status

ProofSight is currently in pre-alpha development. The Protocol is experimental and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Core functionality may change significantly before mainnet launch.

3. No Financial Advice

ProofSight does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All decisions made using the Protocol are your sole responsibility. You should consult with financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Using prediction markets and blockchain protocols carries significant risk, including but not limited to:

• Total loss of deposited funds
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Network failures or congestion
• Cryptographic implementation errors
• Regulatory uncertainty

5. Privacy and Anonymity

While ProofSight implements zero-knowledge privacy mechanisms, no system can guarantee absolute anonymity. Users remain responsible for operational security and should understand the limitations of cryptographic privacy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ProofSight for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Market manipulation or fraud
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Exploiting protocol vulnerabilities
• Interfering with other users' access to the Protocol

7. Intellectual Property

ProofSight's open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses. Proprietary components and documentation remain the property of the ProofSight team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofSight and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Protocol.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
